Order samples before you commit to bulk

Every rule below is stated in writing with your sample quotation. Nothing on this page is a surprise fee added after the fact.

• Sample pricing — samples are priced at the wholesale reference tier, quoted per order.
• Shipping — shipping is arranged with your sample quotation; the carrier and cost are stated before you pay.
• Dispatch — dispatch time quoted per order.
• Returns — sample returns are accepted by agreement, stated with your quotation.
• Fee credit — sample fees can be credited in full to your first bulk order; the threshold is stated in your quotation.
• Mixed boxes — mixed styles within one sample box are allowed; the limit per request is confirmed with your quote.

How to request samples

Add styles to the RFQ list and choose “Sample” as the quantity scale in the form, or write “samples” in the notes. A person reads every RFQ and replies with a written quotation covering the rules above.
