EXW, FOB and DDP. EXW — you collect from our warehouse. FOB — we deliver to the vessel at the named Chinese port. DDP — we handle transport and import duty to your door.

Carrier options and transit times are quoted per order and destination.

Yes — your branding, our workshop network, quoted per order. State the requirement in the RFQ notes.

Engraving, plating tone and packaging are commonly quoted customizations. Ask with your RFQ and the answer is in writing.

Payment methods and terms are stated with your quotation.

Defects are replaced or credited after photo review — the claim window is written into your order confirmation.

Test reports are issued per batch and provided with your quotation for the matching product. There is no site-wide blanket pass claim — each report is linked to the alloy, plating and batch you are buying.

Cross-check the report number with the issuing laboratory. A report without all four attributes — standard, laboratory, report number, date — is not evidence.
